EasyComply

EasyComply is a mobile-first training platform designed for SMEs and EMS in electronics manufacturing. Inspired by real-world onboarding challenges, it uses QR codes to deliver instant access to SOP videos and interactive checklists, reducing training time from 3 weeks to 1 while ensuring compliance with standards like IATF 16949.

Built with React Native for cross-platform use, it integrates Supabase for secure data storage and Cloudinary for video hosting. The app supports gamification (badges for completion) and multilingual content to engage semi-skilled workers in factories.

Currently in pilot phase, targeting 5-10 EMS companies by October 2025, with a focus on ROI like ₹50,000-75,000 annual savings per team through error reduction and audit readiness. This project combines my BTech background in electronics with frontend development to solve practical manufacturing pain points.
